What do I do?

I'm trapped in the middle of something...but I'm still just sitting on the sidelines watching all of my friends rip at eachother's throats and tear eachother apart...
Little slivers of trust and wishes are floating away as the torture continues...
Each of thier life is hell because of the other, and their tortured inside
They think theyre covering it well, but I seem to be draining it out of them...should I just leave it alone and let them duke it out, while one could end up permanantly hurt both emotionally and physically? Or should I talk to them...get involved and risk my own chops?
